We've been working hard over the last few weeks to improve IGotNewsForYou.com with your feedback and our own ideas. A lot of your feedback and our ideas gelled perfectly, so many of the changes coming up are no-brainers -- you want them and we want them. One of those changes launched today: our Reminder Service. The Reminder Service lets subscribers keep track of occasions they want IGotNewsForYou.com to remind them about (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, special events, etc.) It's incredibly easy to use and 5 days before an occasion's date you'll receive an email from us reminding you about it. To use the Reminder Service all you need to do is login to the site (assuming you're a subscriber). You'll see a "reminders" link at the top of the page (immediately under the "change password" link). Click the "reminders" link and it brings you to the Reminders Page. Here you can add reminders (edit/delete existing reminders) and keep track of the ones you've already put into the system. You'll also see a link "Send a page" for each reminder; so you can send a page/ecard/greeting to people right away. Hopefully this makes things even easier to use! If you're not a subscriber, then you can't use the Reminder Service. I guess that makes it a "value add" for subscribing, which is the best value on the site. For $14.95/year you can send as many IGotNewsForYou.com ecards as you like. Everyone knows a handful of people at minimum that they would send birthday cards to (let alone other holiday/occasion cards). If you send 5 ecards with a subscription that comes to $2.99/ecard, and it's hard to beat that price, especially for the fun you and the recipient will get out of it. To subscribe, click here.
