Prior to returning any item(s), we ask that you send us some information, so we can confirm the order and be prepared to process the return as quickly as possible.
Before returning any item, please send an email to admin@igotnewsforyou.com with the following details:
- Order #
- First & Last Name
- Item(s) you will be returning
- Reason for the return *
- Action for us to take: replace item or refund **
* We ask that you tell us why you're returning the item(s): damaged, received incorrect item, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc. It won't matter in terms of processing your return, but it helps us understand your reason and improve for the future.
** Make sure you tell us whether we should send you a new item to replace the return, or if we should give you a refund. Refunds will include the original shipping cost paid.
Once we've received your email regarding the return, we will respond within 24 hours, confirming the details of your order and asking you to mail the item(s) back.
Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours. You will receive an additional notification as soon as a replacement is shipped or a refund has been processed.
You can expect to receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or a replacement to your order within 14 business days of us receiving your return. IGotNewsForYou, Inc. will pay the shipping for one item replacement.
We cannot refund or return the web version of our product but can, upon request, resend it to you via email so that you can access the web version online.
